You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your po68 Account, including all bets placed, transactions processed, and communications sent. You must keep your account login credentials — including your password and two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. po68 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
Each individual may hold only one registered po68 Account at any time. The maintenance of multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially following account closure — is strictly prohibited. po68 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify multi-account activity. All accounts found to be in breach of this policy will be permanently closed and any balance held across all associated accounts will be subject to review and potential forfeiture.
You are required to maintain accurate and current information on your po68 Account at all times. If any registered information changes — including your email address, mobile number, or payment method — you must update your Account details promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in withdrawal delays or temporary account suspension pending re-verification.
po68 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. No compensation will be provided for connection failures attributable to the player's device or internet service provider.
po68 reserves the right to impose maximum win limits on individual game rounds or cumulative daily/weekly wins from specific game categories. In any event, po68's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the value of funds held in your po68 Account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits po68's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

By registering an Account on po68, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Upon Account closure, all licences granted to you under these Terms & Conditions shall immediately terminate. po68 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time.
